Fortitude Studios is a permanent makeup and tattoo studio that provides fine-line tattoos and cosmetic tattooing, such as powder brows and lip blushing. I provide content creation and social media management to increase brand awareness and educate their audience on permanent makeup.

As the Social Media Coordinator at Manchester University, I developed and executed social media strategy, content, campaigns, and an editorial calendar for university platforms. I served as a frontline responder and liaison during crises, played a major role in event marketing, and provided empathetic customer service. Additionally, I managed student social media interns and ambassadors.

My journey with YLNI began with joining the Young Leaders Institution to enhance leadership skills and coworker understanding. Later, I contributed to the communications committee, creating marketing materials for events. Additionally, I participated in the inclusion, diversity, and advocacy (IDA) committee, collaborating with city leadership on strategic plans and organizing community engagement events.

At Indiana Donor Network, I crafted social media content reflecting IDN's values and fostered relationships with donor families, recipients, and community groups. Collaborating on event coordination, including a successful virtual fundraiser raising nearly $10,000, I also managed data entry tasks.

Overseeing 15+ interns, I managed content creation and design for all social media platforms since MORE Magazine's inception. Tracking analytics, collaborating on branding, and assisting with editing ensured alignment with our education and culture-focused mission.

At Ivy Tech, I researched, developed, and managed social media platforms, collaborated with the design team on content creation, and edited blog posts and press releases. Additionally, I ensured timely updates on the website for class schedules, new hires, and announcements, and developed email marketing campaigns for Express Enrollment, encouraging RSVPs from various audiences.
